With more than 18 years of experience in human resource consulting, talent management and leadership development in reputable MNCs and first-tier Singapore government agencies, Pauline Loo is an experienced HR leader with strategic HR perspectives from HR consulting and corporate HR.

Pauline Loo is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Nippon Sanso Holdings Singapore. Working across Asia as part of the ASEAN and management team, she provides the overall HR strategy for driving talent and leadership strategies and solutions which support the business strategies of Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation, a world-leading top industrial gas manufacturer, headquartered in Japan, Tokyo. She leads the organisational performance and business results by optimising competencies, while enhancing a high level of employee engagement across the ASEAN region.

Pauline Loo is an MBA graduate from Nanyang Technological University and certified IHRP-Senior Professional with a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management (bronze award). She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours) with specialisation in Statistics and Japanese Studies as well as a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from National University of Singapore. She has recently attained MSc in Skills & Workforce Development from Cardiff University. She is Certified Management Consultant by Institute of Management Consultants, Certified Behavorial Consultant by Lifeskills Institute, as well as Certified Human Resource – Senior Professional by Institute of Human Resource Professionals.
