Sara Lim is a driven HR leader with experience across consulting, technology and consumer businesses. She currently serves as Head of People & Culture at Taco Bell, overseeing Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, she was an HR Business Partner at Shopee and held consulting roles at Willis Towers Watson and Deloitte. Her career has given her broad exposure to organisations of different industries, sizes and stages of growth. Sara brings a strong combination of consulting experience and in-house HR leadership, with a strong focus on building culture, effective people strategies and supporting organisations as they grow and evolve.
