Sathia is the Regional Head of APAC Talent Acquisition & SEA Employer Branding for Henkel and currently based in Henkel Singapore. Graduated in Information Technology, he has worked across a broad range of global MNC companies such as ON Semiconductor, IBM, and Dell with over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

In his current role, Sathia provides thought leadership and driving key strategic Talent Acquisition and attraction initiatives across APAC, fostering greater recruiting partnership with businesses in attaining top priority business goal. One of his current focuses is strategizing hiring initiatives across different regions during this new normal of recruiting and enabling greater candidate experience along the employee journey.
