Saurabh Jain is the Head of HR APAC for ABN AMRO based in Singapore and is responsible for driving the people strategy for the bank in the region. He joined ABN AMRO in April 2017. He has extensive experience in human resources with interest in organisation design, driving strategic change programmes, HR transformation, leadership development and reward management. Saurabh has worked in India, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore. Saurabh previously worked for Standard Chartered Bank in several HR leadership roles covering Asia, Africa and Middle East regions. Prior to his career in banking industry he worked for the manufacturing sector managing industrial relations and factory HR. Saurabh holds a bachelor degree in Science and Economics and an MBA in Human Resources. He is an active contributor on several industry forums.
