Stanley has more than 20 years’ HR experience, gained across sectors and across industries. These ranged from Government-Linked organisations to Multinational Corporations, spanning across Chemicals, Logistics, Media, and Infocomm Technology sectors, and comprising roles at the Local, Regional and Corporate HQ level.

 

His own career path within HR is equally diversified, having led teams in HR Business Partnering, Rewards & Benefits, and Manpower Planning. Throughout his career he has designed many Sales Incentive Plans, Career and Competency frameworks, undertaken multiple Mergers & Acquisitions and Re-organisations/Change Management. He joined M1 in 2017 which was privileged to have won 4 consecutive Straits Times Best Employer awards. His latest role includes transforming Agile ways of working in M1.

 

Stanley holds a BSc in Mathematics & Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and an MBA from Nottingham University in UK. He is also a certified Scrum Master.
