As a seasoned senior HR executive, he has served several HR leadership roles at US or Europe based multi-national companies and exposed to different industries such as LiveScience, Foods & Beverage and IT and geographies in Singapore, United States and Japan. He relocated to Singapore with his family in 2017 and prior to joining Santen, he was HR Vice President for Asia Pacific Region at Barry Callebaut.
