Vasishtha has a career spanning over two decades and brings along a very diverse experience from being a Navigating Officer in the early years to working in Commercial and Business Strategy roles prior moving into Human Resources.

For the past 15 years, he has been overseeing Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Executive Compensation and HR policy matters for multiple countries in Asia and Europe.

Experienced in M&A, de-mergers, and cross-border HR projects, he brings along a rich experience.  He holds GRP and CCP certifications along with Executive education from various business schools across the globe.
