Wendy has over 10 years of experience in Learning and Leadership Development. She has previously helmed the research, design, implementation and evaluation of forward-edge organisational and leadership development initiatives on Talent Development (Feedback and Coaching), Team Learning, Adaptive Leadership, Digital Leadership and growing Asian Leaders.

Notably, her recent roles in consulting and business partnering (regional) have been focused on contextualising generic frameworks, concepts, practices and tools for industries and functions, driving learning sustainability and digital learning transformation.

Wendy is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, with a keen interest in bettering youth development opportunities and women leadership.
