Willis Phua is the Vice President, HR Business Partner Head for Varian APJ and China. He holds certifications as a SHRM-SCP, ICA Coach, and IHRP-Snr Professional. With extensive leadership experience across Asia, Willis excels in aligning human capital strategies with business objectives to foster high-performance cultures and drive digital transformation. Before joining Varian, he was the Group Director of HR & IT at Yeo Hiap Seng, where he led significant corporate turnarounds and strategic change initiatives. His previous roles include senior HR & commercial positions at Jardine Schindler Group, where he achieved remarkable growth and operational efficiencies. Willis is dedicated to talent development and leading multicultural teams.
