Alesxis is passionate about helping others grow and succeed. She believes learning should be practical, people-centred, and aligned with business needs. Her international experience across industries\u2014including aviation, oil and gas, and finance\u2014has shaped her inclusive and grounded approach to transformation.<\/p>\n

At Far East Hospitality, she plays a key role in equipping individuals and teams with the mindset, values, and skills to thrive in a fast-changing world. Alesxis is also an ICF-certified coach and an advocate for lifelong learning and values-driven leadership.<\/p>\n
