Archana Srinivasan, HR Director, is responsible for human resources development and regional HR operations in Asia for AtkinsR\u00e9alis. She has over 17 years of experience in human resources management.
\n\u00a0
\nArchana joined AtkinsR\u00e9alis in 2012 as HR manager for Singapore and has since managed various roles including head of functions like recruitment, mobility, learning & talent development. She leads the HR function in Asia and double hats as the Regional HR Business Partner for their Engineering Services business in Asia. Her specialities include change management, talent management and HR transformation.<\/p>\n

Prior to AtkinsR\u00e9alis, she has worked in information technology, animation and design industries. Archana is a senior professional member of IHRP since 2018 and was a member of their Covid Taskforce in 2020 and 2021. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and holds a Masters in Business Administration. In the spirit of life long learning, she recently completed Global HR Leaders Programme (HRLP) from NUS Business School.<\/p>\n
