She leads Micron\u2019s global recruiting strategy and operations by employing innovative human resource solutions to attract, engage and retain top, diverse talent. <\/p>\n

Since joining Micron in 2010 when the company acquired its joint venture TECH Semiconductor, Ms. Sim has served in senior leadership positions of increasing responsibility and successfully spearheaded projects. By balancing the human element and corporate objectives, she has empowered teams with a desire to pursue organisational excellence in the semiconductor industry. She also served in engineering, financial and management roles at TECH Semiconductor Singapore. <\/p>\n
