Before joining Varian, he was the Group Director of HR & IT at Yeo Hiap Seng, where he led significant corporate turnarounds and strategic change initiatives. His previous roles include senior HR & commercial positions at Jardine Schindler Group, where he achieved remarkable growth and operational efficiencies. Willis is dedicated to talent development and leading multicultural teams.
