Shujuan is the Director of Human Resources, Global HR Operations at Millennium Hotels and Resorts. Her role supports the Head of Global HR in areas such as HR digitalization & transformation, policy review and HR compliance & audit.

She also leads the Human Resources function for the Southeast Asia region, partnering global business leaders and Hotel General Managers to drive the people strategy, developing an empowered and efficient workforce and building a culture focused on creating unforgettable moments for both guests and employees.

With more than a decade of experience, Shujuan has held various HR leadership roles across different industries such as Hospitality, Manufacturing and Education. Shujuan holds a Bachelor of Psychology, Management & Marketing from Monash University and is an avid traveller who also enjoys baking in her spare time.
