Jonathan Lo has a blended mix of management consulting coupled with rich HR business partner experience in financial services with global investment banks. He has worked extensively across Asia Pacific, including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan and Australia. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, he has cultural sensitivity and a proven track record to help clients drive people and change agendas focused on transforming the HR function.
He has authored articles on technology-led HR transformation and has been a guest speaker on the future of work for HR. Before joining KPMG via an acquisition in 2015, he led the HR Service Delivery Practice for Asia Pacific at Towers Watson. Lo is currently undertaking the Harvard business analytics programme. He holds an EMBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Six Sigma Black Belt from Drake International, Sydney.
