Jeya Vikneswaran (JV) received his Education at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Bangi and obtained a Bachelor (Hons) of Developmental Science in 1999.

He then furthered his studies and obtained a Diploma in Human Resource Development in 2001 from MIHRM (Malaysian Institute of Human Resources Management) and subsequently earned a Masters degree in Business Management from the University of Hull, England in 2004.

JV has extensive experience in the field of human resources and has held many positions and currently engaged as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) since 2014 in Leopad Group. He has served with local and international companies such as Sanitec Johnson Suisse, Volvo Cars Malaysia, T-systems Malaysia, Lafarge Roofing and with a local company now namely Leopad Group of Companies throughout his career. He has more than 20 years of working experience involving sectors as Manufacturing, Construction, IT, and Medical Equipment/Devices Trading Sector and also in unionised environment.

He has also won many awards such as employer of choice award with SOBA in 2016 and 2017, Excellent Compensation and Benefit Strategy Award in 2017 ( https://www.humanresourcesonline.net/live-hr-excellence-awards-2017-malaysia ), and Employer of Choice award in 2018 with MIHRM.
